A New Brand of Yoga Clothing
...a unique brand of bamboo fabric imported from India and designed and constructed in Canada.
Sustainable: Bamboo is the fastest growing plant in the world, it does not require chemical fertilizers or pesticides to grow. It grows on every continent except Europe. It tolerates extremes wetness or dryness, and generates more oxygen than trees. It is 100% bio- degradable.
Healthy: Bamboo Fabric is naturally anti-bacterial, even after several washings, it is breathable and does not retain odors, naturally hypoallergenic.
Comfort; Bamboo fabric has insulating properties; will keep you cool in the summer and warm in the winter. Bamboo is highly water absorbent, able to take up three times its weight in water. In bamboo fabric, this translates to an excellent wicking ability that will pull moisture away from the skin so that it can evaporate. For this reason, clothing made of bamboo fiber is often worn next to the skin. But most important of all it is extremely comfortable.

Tarot card, Numerology,Palm ,Clairvoyant and Astrology are just a few types of readings that Lobelia's offers. Eileen Harakas, proprietress and intuitive tarot reader and counsellor, opened Lobelia's over 5 years ago with a focus on providing a magical experience for all who drop by.
Hard work and mostly fun times were shared in the birth of Lobelia's and many thanks and appreciation go to Mark, Wendy, Dawn, Megan, Lew, Chiquita, Janisis and Roberta..all of whom are still nearby.
All those involved in working in the shoppe currently are local artisans and readers who create a warm and eclectic community atmosphere.
Drop in for a tarot card reading or a visit. Workshops and resources in the metaphysical and healing arts are also available and provided by experienced professionals.
